The Ottawa Chapter of Computers For Communities is a locally operated not for profit community organization striving to bridge the digital divide in the National Capital Region. We provide refurbished computers, hands-on experiential education, Internet access and job skills training in exchange for community service.

Ottawa – Computers for Communities (C4C), an Ottawa-based non-profit organization, has donated 10 CDs containing an installable version of Ubuntu Linux Free and Open Source Operating Systems to the Ottawa Public Library (OPL).

Ottawa non-profit Computers for Communities donates 10 computers to graduates of Immigrant Women Services of Ottawa program with iSisters

 Ottawa, Ontario (January 28, 2011)  - Computers for Communities(C4C), an Ottawa-based non-profit that refurbishes computers and donates them to lower income households, has donated 10 computers to recent graduates of an iSisters program with Immigrant Women Services(IWSO) of Ottawa that teaches immigrant women who are survivors of violence basic computer skills.
